Sun shines on Matariki planting

Rangitoto College students joined a North Harbour Hockey under-18 boys team to mark Matariki by planting natives at the restoration site at Rosedale Park on the Saturday of the long weekend.

The sun shone on the shortest day of the year, as the group focused on infill planting across some of the original restoration areas.
